Tuesday 29th Dec: Relaxed Performance

A beautiful sight to wake up to this morning. It appears we are inbetween storms! The town was sunny and bright, and had a wander around before heading in to Venue Cymru for the “Relaxed” performance at 1pm.

John has a pressing engagement!

The relaxed performance was a joy, and went very smoothly. The auditorium remained partially lit, and seats were removed in front stalls for access to wheelchairsA lovely atmosphere throughout, and it was a full house!

We altered a few bits, and the Mastermind gag was the right length to allow the ensemble time to change, so that worked out nicely, and the response from the audience was warm and jolly.

Between shows i started to pack! The empty skips are now inside the Quick Change room, and are filled with the stuff that wasn’t used. The dressing room is now pretty bare, and we are geared up for a thursday night departure after the show comes down at around 7.10pm.

Tonight we had a company meal at the Asia Restaurant.

Not being a fan of a curry I went along for the photos and the odd G&T!

Tomorrow is our last night “do” at Venue Cymru.
